At Kilimanjaro Safaris, also known as KLM Safaris, we are a Tanzanian-registered Travel and Tourism Operator based in Moshi, Kilimanjaro. We are committed to social responsibility by investing in local communities through employment and training for Tanzanians. Our directors are experts in Tourism & Travel, Wildlife Tourism, and Environmental Management & Planning, with extensive experience in Trekking Adventures, particularly Kilimanjaro. Our goal is to work as a team of professionals to deliver experiences that exceed our customers' expectations.
Memberships:
We are proudly registered with the Ministry of Tourism and Natural Resources Tanzania, holding a Class 'A' operation license. Our license is recognized by the Tanzanian Tourist Board (TTB) and Tanzania National Parks (TANAPA). Additionally, we are members of Flying Doctors East Africa, as the health and safety of our visitors are our top priorities.
Tour Destinations:
We offer safari tours to iconic destinations such as Serengeti, Manyara, Tarangire, Ngorongoro, Ruaha, Mikumi, Selous, Arusha, Saadani, Gombe, Saanane, Kitulo, Rubondo, and Kilimanjaro National Parks. We also arrange tours to the beautiful Zanzibar Island.
Guides:
Our Kilimanjaro and safari guides are highly trained, licensed professionals with over 20 years of experience. Traveling with KLM Safaris’ guides ensures a rewarding and memorable experience, as you discover the breathtaking beauty of Tanzania.
Safari Jeeps:
Our fleet of 4x4 safari jeeps, equipped with pop-up roofs for optimal game viewing, comfortably accommodates up to six passengers. Each vehicle is fully outfitted with cool-boxes, first aid kits, Nikon binoculars, and guidebooks. Some jeeps even offer onboard Wi-Fi and inverters for charging devices during game drives.
Accommodations:
We offer a range of accommodations, from mid-range to luxury lodges and hotels, both inside and outside the national parks. These properties provide excellent amenities and delicious cuisine.
